Cowrie Shell Studs (Groatie Buckies)

Add a touch of the coast to your everyday with these sterling silver Cowrie Shell Stud Earrings, also known as “Groatie Buckies” in Scotland.

Traditionally these shells have been collected along the shoreline as tokens of luck and protection.
