DELIVERY

That's right all orders over £50 have FREE delivery in the UK!  

Your parcel will be winging its way to you via a Royal Mail service. 

Standard postage is £1.95

Tracked 48 is £3.50 

Special Delivery is £7

All my handmade silver jewellery is sent out using a tracked service, I like to send it this way as I know you will receive it then and it takes the worry out of when it will arrive, especially at busier times of the year. I'd hate for your parcel to go missing so this way we both have peace of mind.

International 10-21 days

Just a note to say that if I am making an item of jewellery that's just for you then the delivery time may take a little longer.

Also if you do need your piece sooner or by a specific date then let me know and I will do my best to get it to you sooner.

If you would like to place a special order for a jewellery item that is not listed on the site or you would like something special made then please get in touch.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not fully happy and would like a refund or exchange please notify me within 28 days of receiving your order. I am happy to exchange or refund your item providing your items have not been worn or and there are no signs of damage.

If your piece of jewellery has been commissioned or personalised and made especially for you then it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your item has been returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To return an item to me, please follow the below steps:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. I do not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. I would advise that you obtain proof of postage.
